With a total investment of RMB 15 billion and 1,600 mu land area, the project plans to build the “Belt and Road Initiative” Frontier Technology Research Institute, the “Belt and Road Initiative” Information Technology Engineering Institute, Internet Data Center and other projects. When completed, it can accommodate 50,000 racks and about 2 million servers. It will open a number of outbound optical cables to countries like Korea and Japan, and land-based high-capacity mainland optical cables to domestic cities like Beijing and Shanghai, radiating into a vast territories along the New Eurasian Land Bridge.
