Recently, 12 key private enterprises from five cities along the G42 Nanjing-Shanghai Expressway (Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and Zhenjiang) as well as Nantong have made into the first batch of demonstration bases for comprehensive human resource reform of private enterprises. These demonstration bases will be subject to preferential policies in management of people with talent and human resources at the provincial level and share their experience with other areas. A “G42+” pilot area for comprehensive human resource reform will be established to encourage, support and boost innovation, transformation, upgrading, and sound development of private enterprises. Sinosoft Technology from the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Nanjing Area was among the list.
