Company registration file is often needed as a proof material. Before the roll-out of this online system, applicants must be on-site and wait in long line in front of the window to get their files printed out, which can be hundreds or even thousands of pages sometimes. The process was costly in time and money. 

According to the staff of the Bureau of Administrative Examination and Approval of Jiangbei New Area, applicants are now free from the trouble of on-site visits. All they need to do is logging in the system and check files. The downloaded copies of files all have seals and anti-counterfeiting watermarks and are equally effective as versions printed-out on-site. And by scanning the QR code at the bottom right side of the page, which will be valid for five days, applicant will be able to see pictures of the original electronic file.
